Clicking on the button “EFFECT ORDER” you will execute an order to the Products contained in the virtual cart. Once the order has been sent, we will send you a confirmation email that will contain the main information regarding your order. If you do not receive any order confirmation, it must be considered void.

The purchases made on the website OPERA NAZIONALE MONTESSORI are governed by the Italian law on mail order sales. In case of an incorrect order (I ordered and therefore received a product I did not want), you have 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date to exercise the right of withdrawal, that is, the possibility of returning the product. The Opera Nazionale Montessori (ONM) accepts without hesitation the return of any item, provided it is in perfect condition, refund the entire amount (except for the costs of packaging and shipping, as required by Italian law). For items with a SIAE sticker, the product must be returned with the sticker intact. Returns of items with broken or missing SIAE stamp will not be accepted. A copy of the delivery note must be included in the return shipment package, which must be correctly packaged, and all must be sent to: Opera Nazionale Montessori - Via di San Gallicano, 7 - 00153 Rome.

The right of withdrawal does not apply in relation to registration for initiatives and events for which an entry fee is foreseen, pursuant to art. 59, lett. n) of Legislative Decree 06.09.2005, n. 206. After the completion of the payment, the registration made, even if nominative, can be transferred to third parties.
